By using our services, you agree to the terms below. Any instances not covered by these terms are to be handled by a Board of Directors member. ​

General terms
Abuse of our services (1a)​

Do not abuse our services in any way, for examply by:

Spamming - Placing many orders, offers, or applications with no intention of going through with them

Providing Our services like they are Yours

Providing Your services like they are Ours
-
Using AI generated content to make up applications
-
Reverse-engineering Our services or technologies, except when explicitly permitted by the Airbus Board of Directors

Using any of Our resources or other data for AI training

Airbus as a service provider (1b)

Airbus Aeronautica reserves the right to refuse service for any reason, at any time and to any user. You may be blacklisted from using Our services.
Airbus Aeronautica Order service
Order form and details (2a)​

When ordering with Airbus Aeronautica, it is Your responsibility to fill the order form correctly. For Your order to be processed, You have to either be a member of the Airbus Aeronautica Discord server or choose the "Aeronautica Server Delivery" option when ordering. You will be charged an additional percentage from Your order's total for Aeronautica Server Delivery.

If You order with a promocode, make sure to enter the promocode correctly. All promocodes consist of exactly 6 symbols. All letters are uppercase, and the promocode may contain numbers. If You have not entered a promocode when ordering, You can not add it to the order later (e.g., asking a Sales team member to add a promocode to Your order). You may not replace a promocode on a placed order with one with a bigger discount.

Order cancellation (2b)
​
When ordering aircraft of 'Widespread', 'Common', or 'Uncommon' rarity, You may cancel Your order as long as Your ordered aircraft is not ready for trade (The Sales team member on the order does not have Your aircraft).
When ordering aircraft of 'Rare' or 'Ultra Rare' rarity, or ordering an ES'd aircraft of any rarity, You may cancel your order at any time and for any reason.
You are not required to state the reason for cancellation.

Order price (2c)

The latest information about our prices can be seen on the Order page. You will be charged additional for Advanced customization (Price of ordered customization). You will be charged additional for Livery application (Price of Livery application for ordered aircraft). You will be charged additional for Conversion (Price of Conversion).You will be charged additional for ES services (200,000 WP)

You, as a customer, may choose to tip your Order Fulfiller. You are not required to leave tips. Order Fulfillers keep the tips in their entirety.

Orders over the aircraft limit (Bulk Orders) (2d)
​
Orders over the aircraft limit (Bulk orders) will be allowed to representatives of partnered airlines (Official airline representatives in Airbus or people approved by the Official airline representative in Airbus) or at the Board of Directors' discretion.

Bulk orders for airlines (Ones placed by an airline representative) will not be allowed to use discount codes apart from the airline's Partner code. Personal Bulk orders will not be allowed to use any promocodes.​

Privacy and data collection (2e)

Airbus Aeronautica collects Your Discord username* and Roblox username* when placing an order. Airbus Aeronautica does not collect any other information, such as Your email address, Your address or Your location.
*You will be required to enter Your Discord and Roblox usernames to place an order.

Airbus Aeronautica collects Your Discord username*, Roblox username*, and email address when leaving an order review. The review form is not anonymous. By submitting a review, You agree that Your review may be used in advertising materials.

Airbus Aeronautica Buyback service
Buyback form and details (3a)​

When placing a Buyback offer with Airbus Aeronautica, it is Your responsibility to fill the form correctly. For Your offer to be processed, You have to either be a member of the Airbus Aeronautica Discord server or choose the "Aeronautica Server Delivery" option when placing the offer.

General Buyback terms (3b)
​
Your aircraft will only be bought on demand. That means that Airbus Aeronautica will not be required to buy Your aircraft. Your offer will be automatically accepted if We have a pending order for the aircraft. It will be automatically declined if We don't have a pending order for the aircraft.

If Your offer is accepted, there will be a ticket opened on our Discord server, where Your offer will be processed.
If Your offer is declined, You will be DMed by our bot, saying that Your offer was declined.

Offer price (3c)

The latest information about our prices can be seen on the Buyback page. ES aircraft will have half of our standard ES price added.

Privacy and data collection when placing an offer (3d)
​​
Airbus Aeronautica collects Your Discord username* and Roblox username* when placing an offer. Airbus Aeronautica does not collect any other information, such as Your email adress, Your adress or Your location.
You will be required to enter Your Discord and Roblox usernames to place an order.
Partnerships with Airbus Aeronautica
Partnership Terms and Conditions (4a)​

Airbus Aeronautica provides a partnership service, where airlines can partner with Airbus Aeronautica to get certain benefits such as discounts on all orders (More information can be found here)

If Your airline is accepted, a Public Relations representative will open a ticket with You on Our Discord server, where You will be walked through the partnership process.
If Your application was denied, You will be DM'd by a Public Relations representative, stating that You were denied, including the reason, if You can apply again, and when You can apply again.

If Your airline is accepted, you will be given a partner code (promocode). It will be a standard promocode of 6 uppercase letters.
You will be required to make this code accessible to Your pilots and only Your pilots. If the code is to be shared with anyone but pilots and management of Your airline, Your partnership will be revoked (Does not include cases when pilots who quit use the promocode).

Partner quota (4b)
​
Partnered airlines will have a requirement to order a certain worth of aircraft from Airbus Aeronautica monthly.
The required monthly order worth will be based on the number of members an airline has in its Discord server (at the start of the month). The standard requirement is 20,000 WP, and every 200 members on the airline's server will add 20,000 WP to the requirement.
Partnered airlines will be allowed to sometimes miss the requirement, but not abuse this right. If you miss multiple months consecutively or very often, Your partnership will be revoked. Whether your partnership will be revoked or not, as well as how often you will be allowed to miss the requirement, is to be decided by a PR representative or a BoD member on a case-by-case basis.
You will always be notified if you are missing the requirement, and there will be multiple warnings before the partnership will be revoked.

Data collection when filling out a partnership application (4c)

​When filling out the partnership application form, You will be required to enter Your Discord and Roblox usernames. Airbus Aeronautica does not collect any other information, such as Your email adress or Your location.
In case of problems or disagreements
Problems with orders (5a)​
​​
If You have mistakenly placed an order or mistakenly placed an incorrect order, request a cancellation of Your order through Your order's ticket. Cancellation rules will apply.

If You did not have a ticket automatically opened for Your order in the first 24 hours after placing it, please open one in #tickets on Our Discord server.
​
If You had an incorrect order delivered to You, You are required to file a refund in Your order's ticket, or by opening one in #tickets on Our Discord server.
​
If You have any other problems, please communicate them through Your order's ticket or by opening one in #tickets on Our Discord server.
